Raw cacao and strawberry smoothie

¾ cup almond milk
½ cup water
4 walnuts
1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon raw almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons raw cacao
¼ avocado
½ cup frozen strawberries
ice (optional)

Combine all the ingredients (in the order listed) in a high-powered blender. Start on low and slowly move to high. Blend on high until smooth.
