Raw vegan hot cross buns
1 cup almond pulp (from making almond milk)
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup psyllium husk
1/4 cup flax meal
1 medium apple, grated
5 dates, to make date paste
1/2 cup sultanas
2-3 tablespoons almond milk
Blend the first six ingredients in a food processor. Mix in the sultanas and stir thoroughly. Add almond milk if the mixture is too dry. Shape into six individual buns and dehydrate for 4-6 hours.
